Snezana Gasic - Committee Member

When I moved to the United States in 1994,  I carried more than just my belongings- I brought with me the values that my parents instilled in me, kindness, generosity, love and strong sense of community. Not long after arriving, I met my dear friend Donna, and our families quickly became very close. We considered each other friends that became family. So when my beautiful friend Donna was diagnosed with Parkinson’s there was no question in my heart, I just wanted to be there for her. I wanted her to know she was surrounded by people who love her and that we would walk this journey together.

That desire to stand by her side led me to Team Fox Detroit, where I found an incredible community dedicated to raising awareness, funding research,and fighting for a cure. What started as personal support for a friend grew into mission that I am deeply passionate about to this day.

Through charity work, we have the ability to lift each other up and bring hope to those facing challenges. 

To the women and all the members of the Team Fox Detroit  - thank you for your friendship, strength,passion, your perseverance and impact and dedication to making the world a better place. I am honored to be part of this team that I consider my family. Love you all.
