Being part of the first tears of planning, brainstorming, and development of Team Fox Detroit was truly one of the greatest honors of my life. From the very beginning, I knew this was something special. The vision, the mission, and the unwavering commitment that 100% of all proceeds go directly to research—it all aligned so deeply with my values.

But what made it even more personal was Donna—someone I love dearly—who has been affected by early-onset Parkinson’s. She inspired every ounce of my passion and drive to show up and serve in those early days.

What I gained from that experience can’t be measured. It taught me that perseverance, passion, and determination really do make a difference. I’m beyond proud to have played even a small part in laying the foundation for what has become such an impactful movement in Detroit. Watching how far it has come fills me with so much pride and hope.

It was my pleasure. My honor. And a chapter of my life I will always hold close.
