2nd Annual Golf Outing

We would like to invite you to our 2cd Annual Team Fox in the D Golf Outing to Benefit. ​The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.Monday, on June 3rd 2019.

Schedule of Events:

 

1) 10:00 A.M. Range & locker room opens
2) 10:30 – Noon: Lunch buffet
3) 12:30 PM: Shotgun starts
4) 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Hors D’oeuvres & cocktails
5) 6:30 – 9:00 PM: Award banquet

 

The bar is open!
$300 Per Player & Banquet.
$100 Banquet only, 100% of proceeds raised will go directly to ​The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

Donna Rajkovic is the founder and director of Team Fox Detroit. Diagnosed in 2012 with early onset Parkinson’s disease, she has set out in partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research to do one thing: cure Parkinson’s and go out of business.

Donna Rajkovic

Founder & President

Donna founded Team Fox Detroit in 2016, a 501c(3) public charity dedicated to supporting the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. She became President in 2018 when the charity she founded received its official IRS designation. She was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson’s disease in 2012 and has been enrolled in the Parkinson’s Progression Marker Initiative (PPMI) research study at the Cleveland Clinic for seven years. The PPMI study is dedicated to finding a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease which would make it easier to diagnose and target new medications to stop disease progression. She is also enrolled in Fox Insight, an online clinical study where people with Parkinson’s disease and their loved ones share information that could transform the search for better treatments.

In addition to leading Team Fox Detroit, Donna serves as President of Serbian Sisters Ravanica whose primary function is to raise money to support children’s activities in the St. Lazarus Parish as well as other Orthodox charities in the Detroit metropolitan area. She also serves as Second Vice President of The Executive Board of St. Lazarus Ravanica Serbian Orthodox Church in Detroit, Michigan.

Donna is committed to finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease through funding research. She lives in Novi, MI with her husband Mike and their three sons, Stevan, Daniel, and Alan.
